Before I’m a coach, I’m a woman who had to get her own mind right to launch and maintain a successful coaching practice. As a woman, as a human, I had to evolve how I thought about myself, so that I could get potential clients to see me as a source for wisdom and help. I don’t fake it; I don’t tell clients to do what I cannot…so for a myriad of important reasons, I’m beyond thrilled to have been interviewed for this important Atlanta Black Star article about the ongoing attack on black women’s natural hair, and why it’s so dangerous for their self-esteem, i.e. their very lives.
