Making important changes in your life is pretty much only fun when it’s safely over. Otherwise, it’s a whirlwind of drama, binge-eating, crying, fear, insecurity, self-pity, whining, binge-drinking, more whining, waking up at 3am wondering what the hell is wrong with you…ahh, good times! Yup, when I’m heavily medicated, I really enjoy thinking back on those years of hell.
