How to Lock in New (Healthy) Habits
I know how hard it is to both change bad habits–even, no especially habits that may be making us miserable–and to create healthy habits. I had to change many of my own habits to make this coaching business successful. Good habits are useful and necessary, but can be tedious as all hell to create. But trust: I’m not here to judge.
